The newsletter is managed through Squarespace Email Campaigns.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you unsubscribe.

Your subscription data will be retained while you remain subscribed and for any additional period necessary to document your consent, comply with legal obligations or manage related claims.

6. Orders, Payments and Shipping

When you place an order through my website, I process the personal data necessary to manage your purchase, including your contact details, delivery address, order information and payment status.

Payments

Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and, where available, PayPal.

Depending on the payment method selected at checkout, payment information is handled by the relevant payment service provider. I do not receive or store full payment card details.

Payment providers may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped manually. To fulfil your order, I may share the recipient's name, delivery address and other necessary delivery information with the postal or shipping provider I select.

I do not currently use an integrated shipping platform on my website.
