1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally starts when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do so by sending a clear statement by email to alicebotanicalart@gmail.com. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, although this is not obligatory.
After notifying me of your decision, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products or circumstances specified by law, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods. These exceptions apply only where the relevant legal conditions are met.
Customers outside the European Union
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your rights to cancel, return or obtain a refund are subject to the consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under those laws.
2. Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please notify me within the applicable withdrawal period and send the item back within 14 days of notifying me.

Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs for faulty, damaged or non-conforming items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please package the item securely to help prevent damage during return shipping. You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in its value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as permitted by law.
3. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, I will refund the payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where required by law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded where permitted by law.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I have been informed of your decision to withdraw. However, for returned goods, I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed with you and does not incur additional fees for you.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me at alicebotanicalart@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.
I will review the issue and work with you to resolve it in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from your right of withdrawal. Where the legal requirements are met, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Any applicable return or shipping costs will be handled as required by law.
5. Legal Guarantee
For consumers in the European Union, goods must conform to the contract and applicable legal requirements. The statutory legal guarantee for goods generally lasts at least two years from delivery under EU rules, subject to applicable national law.
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
