Hillcrest Suffusion Dahlia

€25.00

Some flowers almost seem to glow from within. This artwork captures 'Hillcrest Suffusion', one of the most delicate dahlias growing in my garden. Its petals fade from creamy white to blush pink and soft lavender, creating an almost luminous bloom that changes with every shift of light.
Rather than using watercolor, I created this original illustration with alcohol markers, coloured pencils and white gel pen, slowly building layers to recreate the softness, depth and velvety texture of each petal.
